As the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation, we continue to stand by our citizens affected by the earthquake with all our means.

As the Türkish Technology Team Foundation, we have been with our citizens with our volunteers in 7 provinces since the first day of the Kahramanmaraş-based earthquakes that occurred last year. We are continuing our activities with our technology workshops in the region.

To support the education processes of young children affected by the earthquake and to accelerate their participation in social life, we provided similar training to those already provided for children in Deneyap Technology Workshops and Bilim Türkiye Workshops in “T3 Foundation Play and Activity Tents” which we established in tent and container cities. We created emotionally supportive and relaxing environments for our children by meticulously carrying out the programs prepared by experts in their fields for children affected by the disaster with our volunteers. To make children feel psychologically and socially well and support their development, we established 12 different Play and Activity Tents in 5 cities affected by the earthquake and organized workshops and training in many different fields such as science, nature, space and astronomy, physics, technology, handicrafts, intelligence games, personal development, and motor skills.

We offered T3 Foundation Play and Activity Tents to hundreds of children every day, and from February to June, we touched a total of 120,018 disaster-affected children with 1006 volunteer trainers in 13 locations in Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Hatay, Gaziantep and Malatya.
 

EARTHQUAKE ZONE TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Following our Play and Activity Tents, which completed their activities in June and ended their operations, we established Earthquake Region Training Workshops. In the workshops, which started as continuous education in four centres in the earthquake region as of December, Science Workshops are held on weekdays in addition to Deneyap Training held on weekends. Earthquake Zone Training Workshops, which we established to support the education processes of children affected by the earthquake, continue their activities in 4 centres.
